However, as stated above, the Owner does not and has not sold Your personal data, and the Owner does not intend to sell Your personal data in the future.

• Under the CCPA: within 45 days of receipt of a verifiable request, extendable by an additional 45 days if reasonably necessary.
• In all other cases: within 30 days of receipt.

With regard to targeted advertising, the Owner confirms that it does not monitor or respond to "Do Not Track" settings in Your browser when You visit, view, and/or use the Website, as the Owner is not able to control the handling of "Do Not Track" browser requests by third parties interacting with the Website.

The Owner takes all necessary security measures appropriate to secure Your personal data. The Owner strives to follow generally accepted commercial industry standards to protect Your personal data submitted both automatically and voluntarily.

Notwithstanding the above, no transmission over the internet is completely secure, and the Owner does not warrant, guarantee, or promise the absolute security of Your personal data.

When You make a purchase through the Website, You are directed to a third-party vendor (Stripe) to complete the transaction. Any information You provide during checkout is not stored on the Website but is provided to Stripe.

By visiting, viewing, and/or using the Website, You agree to hold the Owner harmless for any and all security breaches and any unauthorized use of Your personal data by third parties.
